Company Background and Legal Compliance

Cadtree Limited, registered under company number 2031 in Guernsey and incorporated in accordance with the laws of Gibraltar, maintains its registered office at La Corvee House, La Corvee, Alderney GY9 3TQ, Guernsey. Referred to throughout this document as the "Casino," it operates as part of a larger business entity, hereinafter called the "Casino Group."

The Casino is fully licensed and regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), adhering to the Gaming Control Act of 1992, as well as all applicable standards, rules, and policies issued by AGCO. Additionally, operations are conducted in accordance with an agreement with iGaming Ontario (iGO), which authorizes the Casino to offer online gambling services to users located in Ontario through its various platforms (collectively, the “Casino Websites”).

Scope and Definitions

This User Agreement applies to any individual who accesses or utilizes the Casino’s online services. In this document, "you," "your," or "user" denotes any individual who engages with the platform. References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to the Casino, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, directors, employees, agents, and service providers.

By using any of the Casino Websites, you agree to the terms of this Agreement, which overrides any prior agreements, terms, or rules previously published on the Casino platforms.

Glossary of Terms

  • Account: Your personal, registered player profile managed by the Casino.
  • Agreement: These Terms, Conditions, and associated policies in effect.
  • Casino Group: The parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, and associated personnel operating under the Casino’s umbrella.
  • Casino Websites: Official websites managed by the Casino, including: as well as any future sites or domains under the Casino’s ownership.
  • Charge-back: A reversed financial transaction initiated by you or your payment provider.
  • Closed Account: An account that has been terminated or deactivated either by user request or Casino decision.
  • Inactive Account: A profile with no login/logout activity over a period of six (6) months. Note: Merely browsing the website without financial activity does not qualify as active use.
  • Guest Account: A profile used to play with virtual currency, which has no real-world value.
  • Participate: Any form of engagement with the Casino platforms, including game play, browsing, downloading software, or accessing features.
  • Payment Processor: An authorized third party that manages deposits and withdrawals on our behalf.
  • Player: Any person with an account, including Guest, Real, Inactive, or Closed accounts.
  • Real Player: A verified user with an active, funded account eligible for real money play.
  • Services: All gaming, betting, and interactive functions offered via the Casino’s digital platforms.
  • Software: The application(s)—web-based, downloadable, or mobile—that power the Casino’s services.
  • Your Jurisdiction: The legal region or country where you reside or are physically located.

1. Using Our Services

1.1 Eligibility and Participation

1.1.1 Your use of the Casino Websites, Services, or Software is voluntary and at your own discretion. The Casino reserves the right to update, modify, remove, or suspend any part of its offerings at any time, without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses or inconvenience that may arise from such actions.

1.1.2.1 Online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in your location. It is solely your responsibility to ensure your participation does not breach local or national laws. The Casino is not responsible for use of the platform in violation of regional legal requirements.

1.1.2.2 Access to gameplay is limited strictly to users who are physically located within the province of Ontario. If you reside outside of Ontario, you are not authorized to use the Services.

1.1.3 You must only use the Services where such activity is legally permitted under local laws in your jurisdiction.

1.1.4 Users must be 19 years or older—or the legal age in their jurisdiction, if higher—to register, deposit, or participate. We reserve the right to request government-issued ID to verify eligibility. Accounts may be frozen until age verification is completed.

1.1.9 Wallets and balances are specific to each platform and cannot be shared between accounts or users.

1.1.10 Payouts and winnings may be processed in Canadian Dollars (C$), at the Casino’s sole discretion.

1.1.14 You must create a secure username and password, and keep them confidential. Account access is your responsibility. If unauthorized access occurs due to negligence, you assume full liability. We reserve the right to reject inappropriate usernames.

1.1.15 Promotional bonuses are limited to one per person, household, email, and device. Offers are intended for personal entertainment only and are subject to limits.

1.1.15.1 If we detect misuse or manipulation of promotions, we may revoke offers and void winnings. We may require ID verification before issuing any bonuses.

1.1.16 By signing up, you accept all the terms in this Agreement. If you disagree with any part, you must stop using our Services and request account closure.

1.1.17 The payment method used must be in your name. Payments from accounts held under a different name may result in suspended access and denied withdrawals.

1.1.18 To change your payment method, please contact our support team. It is your duty to review and comply with our current payment terms.

1.1.19 If you have a pending withdrawal but fail to meet the requirements, we reserve the right to reverse the transaction and return the funds to your account.

1.1.20 If you wish to prevent the reactivation of pending funds, you may request a temporary freeze on your account by contacting support.

1.1.21 No interest is earned or paid on any funds stored in your account.

1.2 Your Representations and Confirmations

1.2.1 By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm and guarantee the following:

  • 1.2.1.1 You are legally permitted to engage in gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction;
  • 1.2.1.2 You are at least 19 years of age and meet the legal age requirement in your region;
  • 1.2.1.3 You will not share your account with others, especially minors, or allow anyone else to access it;
  • 1.2.1.4 The personal details you’ve submitted are truthful and complete, and you agree to keep them current;
  • 1.2.1.5 You are the authorized user or legal owner of any funds used for gaming purposes;
  • 1.2.1.6 You will not use proceeds from unlawful activities for gambling on our platform;
  • 1.2.1.7 You will not attempt to reverse legitimate payments or initiate chargebacks without cause;

1.2.2 Violating any of the above representations may lead to the cancellation of your bets and forfeiture of any winnings.

1.2.3 You also confirm that you are not a member of any restricted category as outlined by the AGCO, including:

  • Those subject to legal restrictions or court-imposed bans;

1.3 Registration Denial, Suspension, or Termination

1.3.1 We reserve the right to decline your registration, revoke account access, or suspend Services at our sole discretion or if legally required to do so.

1.3.2 If Ontario laws or AGCO directives identify you as ineligible to play, we are required to restrict your account immediately.

1.4 Implications of Account Deactivation

1.4.1 If your account is closed or suspended, you may initiate a formal complaint following the procedures outlined in our Dispute Resolution Policy.

1.5 Dormant Accounts and Expiring Bonuses

1.5.1 These terms apply if none of your accounts show activity for a prolonged period.

1.5.2 Should your account hold a balance, we will attempt to contact you using the most recent contact information we have on file.

1.5.3 If no response is received within 30 days:

  • A monthly administrative charge of C$10 may be applied until the account balance is depleted or activity resumes.

1.6 Anti-Fraud and Financial Compliance

1.6.1 If we have reason to believe that your account is linked to fraudulent or unlawful activity, including money laundering, we may freeze your account and notify appropriate authorities. Your access to the platform may be restricted, and funds may be held.

1.6.2 To protect against financial crime:

  • 1.6.2.1 Cash deposits are strictly prohibited;
  • 1.6.2.2 Withdrawal requests may be subject to verification, including:
    • A copy of the payment method (such as a bank statement or card image);
    • Valid government-issued photo ID;
    • A recent utility bill (dated within six months) showing your registered residential address.

1.7 Promotional Use and Public Acknowledgment

1.8.4 Opting out of promotional messages won’t prevent us from sending critical service updates. Please allow up to three business days for your marketing preferences to be updated.

1.9 Prohibited Software and Tools

1.9.1 The use of unauthorized software—such as bots, scripts, or any form of automation—to manipulate gameplay or gain unfair advantages is strictly banned.

1.9.2 Any winnings obtained through the use of such tools may be confiscated.

1.9.3 If we detect such behavior, we may take corrective action including permanent account bans, fund recovery, and potential legal proceedings.

2. The Service

2.1 Technical Limitations and Disclaimer of Responsibility

The Casino Group is not accountable for disruptions in access, server downtime, lag, technical malfunctions, or political or regulatory conditions that impact user gameplay. We are also not liable for issues stemming from your internet provider or any third-party platforms used to access the Casino Websites. Our Software and Services are made available “as-is,” without any warranties—explicit or implied—including suitability for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or legal compliance. You accept full responsibility for using our platform and systems.

2.2 Location Verification Procedures

We use geolocation systems to confirm that players are physically located in Ontario. These tools help ensure compliance with location-based access policies. The use of VPNs, spoofing software, or other location-masking tools is actively monitored and blocked. Attempts to circumvent these controls may lead to service denial.

We are not responsible for any disruptions caused by hardware crashes, telecommunication failures, or unstable internet connections. Additionally, any unconventional or unauthorized means of accessing our platform are done entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for the reliability and compatibility of the devices and services you use to engage with the Casino Websites.

We do not guarantee flawless operation or uninterrupted access. We are under no obligation to correct bugs or fix compatibility issues. Should technical malfunctions occur—especially involving random number generation, bet processing, or game results—we may cancel any impacted bets or games without offering compensation.

2.3 Error Resolution

While we aim to maintain high service quality, we cannot promise an error-free environment. If you encounter a problem, contact our customer support team, and we will address the issue as promptly and reasonably as possible.

2.3.1 Limited Liability for Service Issues

We disclaim all responsibility for damages or losses related to your use of our Services. This includes, but is not limited to, lost winnings, delayed transactions, system errors, data corruption, and any events outside our control.

2.3.2 Bet Management and Server Authority

We may limit or reject any bets at our discretion. If a wager is canceled, any amounts withdrawn will be credited back to your account. A bet is only considered valid once confirmed by our server. Website content serves as an invitation to participate and does not constitute a binding agreement. Any system or user-side error renders the related bets invalid. If we choose to make an exception in your favor, it does not establish a precedent.

2.4 Hardware and Software Faults

We reserve the right to cancel winnings obtained through software or hardware flaws. Any user caught exploiting such issues may have their account closed and funds withheld. We also reserve the right to add, remove, or update any part of our Services—including games or site features—without prior warning. We are not liable for any negative outcomes resulting from these changes.

2.5 Temporary Service Downtime

We may suspend all or part of the Services temporarily, either with or without advance notice. Services will be restored as soon as practical. We are not responsible for any financial or gameplay losses that result from these service interruptions.

2.6 System Failures and Refund Protocol

If a system error disrupts our platform, all associated bets will be voided. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion. In cases where incorrect odds or bet information resulted from a technical issue, those wagers—or the affected portion—will be invalidated.

2.7 Delays and Associated Liability

As stated in Section 4.2, we are not liable for any monetary loss or other damage caused by delays, service interruptions, or latency in gameplay or transactions.

2.8 Taxation and Reporting Obligations

You are personally responsible for reporting your gambling income and paying any applicable taxes or fees as required under the laws in your jurisdiction.

2.9 No Legal or Tax Counsel Provided

The Casino does not offer legal or financial advice. You should consult a qualified tax advisor or legal professional regarding any obligations or concerns related to your gameplay or winnings.

2.10 Currency Exchange Exploitation Prohibited

You may not use the Casino’s systems or Services to exploit currency fluctuations for profit (commonly referred to as “arbitrage”). If such behavior is detected, any associated funds will be removed from your account without notice or reimbursement.

2.11 Software Use and Restrictions

By downloading or accessing the Casino Software, you agree to comply with this Agreement and the Braemar Limited End User License Agreement (EULA). The Software is licensed—not sold—to you, and remains protected under intellectual property laws. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Duplicating, distributing, decompiling, decoding, or altering the Software in any form;
  • Selling, leasing, or sublicensing the Software to third parties;
  • Sharing or broadcasting the Software through any type of network or platform;
  • Exporting or transferring the Software outside authorized jurisdictions;
  • Using the Software in any way that contravenes applicable laws or regulations.

These forbidden actions are considered “Unauthorized Uses.” You bear full legal and financial responsibility for any harm caused by engaging in such activities.

3. Shared Devices and Network Usage

3.1 We reserve the right, at our discretion, to implement restrictions or impose specific requirements on users who create or attempt to create accounts in environments where devices or internet connections are shared among multiple individuals. This includes, but is not limited to, internet cafés, educational institutions, workplaces, or households with multiple users.

3.2 To support the enforcement of this policy, we may collect and store data concerning the physical or digital context in which access to our services occurs.

4. Liability Disclaimer and User Responsibility

4.1 Voluntary Access and Personal Accountability

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily, at your own initiative, and at your own risk. You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Casino Group from any and all liabilities, expenses, damages, or claims—whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive—that may arise from your engagement with the Casino Websites. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

4.1.1 Visiting or revisiting any part of the Casino Websites.

4.1.2 Using, sharing, or relying on any data, content, or materials from the Casino Websites or associated sources.

4.1.3 Accessing or interacting with the servers that host the Casino Websites.

4.1.4 Funding your player account through any of the available payment methods.

4.1.5 Participating in any form of gambling, betting, or gaming activities through the Casino Websites.

4.1.6 Receiving or using any winnings, bonuses, or rewards obtained via the Casino Websites.

4.1.7 Downloading, installing, using, or reusing any Casino software, regardless of its source.

4.2 Limitation of Liability

The Casino Group shall not be held liable under any legal theory—contractual, tortious, or otherwise—for any direct or indirect losses or damages resulting from your use of the Services, even if you have previously notified us of the potential for such outcomes.

4.3 Payment Transactions

Once a payment has been successfully processed and transferred to the designated Payment Service Provider, the Casino Group assumes no responsibility for any subsequent issues, such as delays, non-receipt of funds, or extra charges incurred due to failed transactions.

4.4 Third-Party Advertising

We disclaim any responsibility for the conduct, content, or omissions of third-party advertisers whose materials may appear on the Casino Websites.

4.5 Liability Exceptions

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to exclude or limit the Casino Group’s liability in the case of fraud, or for death or personal injury directly caused by our negligence.

5. Promotions, Contests, and Cashback Program

5.1 Bonus Offers and Related Rules

Occasionally, the Casino may launch special offers, contests, or a cashback rewards program. Each promotion will come with its own specific terms and conditions, which apply solely to that offer. Any bonus added to your account as part of such deals must be used according to those specific rules. If no unique rules are stated, the general terms outlined here will apply.

5.2 Applicability of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply uniformly to all promotional events, contests, and cashback initiatives offered by the Casino.

5.3 Term Conflicts

If there is any inconsistency between this Agreement and the terms specific to a particular promotion, contest, or cashback offer, the unique terms of that specific offer will take precedence—but only with regard to the conflicting section.

5.4 Right to Modify or Revoke

The Casino maintains the right to exclude any participant from a promotional offer at its sole discretion. Promotions may be altered or removed at any time without prior notification. All bonuses, including earnings from bonuses or loyalty points, will expire six months after being issued, even if wagering conditions have been fulfilled.

5.5 Terms of the Cashback Program

Access to the Cashback Program is entirely at the discretion of the Casino. We are under no obligation to explain decisions regarding eligibility, credited or deducted points, conversion rates, or overall participation. Cashback balances may be removed at any time without prior notice.

5.6 One-Time Welcome Bonus

Each user is entitled to claim only one welcome bonus per Casino platform. If a player who does not meet the eligibility criteria receives such a bonus, the Casino may revoke the bonus and any winnings derived from it at its discretion.

5.7 Bonus Wagering Conditions

All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 70 times the bonus value before any part of it can be transferred from your Bonus Balance to your Withdrawable Balance. This condition may vary depending on the type of offer, the specific game, or your country of residence. For instance, a C$100 bonus requires a total wager of C$7,000 to meet the 70x requirement.

5.7.1 Free Spins and No-Deposit Bonuses

Winnings from no-deposit offers or free spins must also be wagered 70 times before withdrawal is possible. Once the requirement is fulfilled, withdrawals are capped at C$100, with any amount above that forfeited.

5.7.2 Declining a Bonus

If you receive a bonus and wish not to use it, you may ask for it to be removed—as long as you have not yet used any part of it. Contact customer support to request this. Once the bonus is partially used, it must remain on the account until all wagering terms are satisfied.

5.7.3 Withdrawal Cap on Welcome Bonuses

If you’ve received a welcome bonus and completed the required wagering, the maximum withdrawal allowed is six times the value of your initial deposit. Any remaining balance will be removed, except for winnings from progressive jackpots, which are not subject to this limit. This rule is enforced at the Casino’s discretion.

5.8 Abusive Behavior and Irregular Play

Before processing withdrawals, the Casino may analyze your gameplay for irregular betting activity. Examples of such activity include balanced betting, hedging strategies, or placing bets greater than 30% of the bonus value in one round. Each spin, table hand, or poker deal is considered a separate bet. Double-up and gamble features are also treated as independent bets. If such activity is detected, the Casino reserves the right to cancel withdrawals or void winnings.

5.8.1 Contribution of Games Toward Wagering

Different games contribute to wagering requirements at different rates:

  • 100%: All slot games (except progressive jackpots), Keno, and Scratch Cards (Re-spin slots contribute 10%)
  • 8%: Table Poker, Roulette, Video/Power Poker (excluding All Aces and Jacks or Better), Blackjack (excluding Classic), Casino War
  • 2%: Classic Blackjack, All Aces, and Jacks or Better Video Poker
  • 0%: Baccarat, Craps, Red Dog, Sic Bo, Progressive Jackpot games
If you engage in excluded (0%) games before completing your wagering obligations, the Casino may void all resulting winnings. Bets placed using "Double" or "Gamble" features are not counted toward the wagering requirement.

Contribution percentages may vary depending on your location or the specific promotion. In some regions, games like Roulette or Crash may contribute nothing toward the requirement. Always review the terms linked to each promotion for accurate details.

5.8.2 Discretion Over Gameplay Evaluation

The Casino retains full authority to assess what constitutes irregular betting behavior. If such conduct is confirmed, the Casino may cancel any associated bonuses or withdrawals.

5.8.3 Misuse of Promotions or Bonuses

Should the Casino determine that you are taking unfair advantage of a promotional offer or acting dishonestly, it may retract any bonuses, deny promotional benefits, restrict access to services, or permanently close your account. In such cases, only your original deposit may be refunded, if applicable.

5.8.4 Violations of Representations

If you breach any of the guarantees outlined in Section 1.2 of this Agreement, the Casino may remove any remaining funds and cancel any winnings on your account.

5.8.5 Maximum Allowed Bet With Active Bonus

While an active bonus is in play, the highest permitted bet is C$8 per round or C$0.50 per individual payline. Placing wagers above these limits may lead to forfeiture of any associated winnings.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game-Specific Rules and Guidance

Alongside these general Terms and Conditions, each game offered on the Casino’s platforms may have individual rules and accompanying FAQs (collectively called the “Gameplay Rules”) that apply to your use of the Services. These rules define the way you should interact with the games and must be followed at all times.

6.2 Consent to Follow Game Rules

By choosing to participate in any Casino game, you agree that the Gameplay Rules and any FAQs are legally binding as if they were fully included in this Agreement.

6.3 Pending Video Poker Payouts

If you leave a Video Poker game with an unresolved payout, the Casino reserves the right to recover the amount and credit it directly to your player account.

6.4 Inactive Game Balances

For any game other than Video Poker, the Casino may reclaim and forfeit any unused funds left in an active session for 90 days or more.

7. Payment Methods and Withdrawal Policy

7.1 Required Identity Verification

To register an account or complete financial transactions, you may be asked to provide identity documents. This information may be used across all Casino-affiliated platforms for verification purposes. Required documents may include:

  • Evidence of your income and source of funds used to deposit

Bank transfer withdrawals can only be sent to accounts held in the name listed on your Casino profile. If you deposit with a card, that card must also be in your name. 10.10 Governing Law

10.11 Language Precedence

These Terms may be available in multiple languages. If any inconsistency arises between translations, the English version will take legal priority.

10.12 Tournament Rules

10.12.1 Players are allowed only one entry per tournament per account. Using multiple accounts, devices, or aliases to gain extra entries is strictly forbidden.

10.12.2 If a Player wins from a Tournament Free Roll before making a deposit, their withdrawal will be capped at C$100, and any remaining balance will be voided.

  • You used automated software such as bots

11. Mobile Casino Access

11.1 Charges Imposed by Network Providers

You are fully responsible for any charges or expenses incurred through your mobile network provider while using the Mobile Casino. This includes, but is not limited to, data usage fees, download costs, message sending or receiving charges, and any costs associated with accessing games or placing bets. These fees are your personal responsibility and are not included in any wagers made within the Casino.

11.2 Accountability for Connectivity
